Belinda O’Dea

Originally from Victoria, Belinda first began yoga in 2000 and started Iyengar yoga in 2009 while working in Hanoi, Vietnam. From 2010 she practised at Bridge Yoga under Tony Rothberg, who was authorised to teach by B.K.S. Iyengar in 1996. After completing her first yoga teacher training in 2012, she began assisting and teaching at Bridge Yoga.

Belinda has led more than 25 women’s retreats through North India, South India and Japan, and moved to Western Australia in 2023 to train as a Gestalt therapist. Today she is dedicated to sharing restorative stillness practices that nourish body, mind and heart, weaving together therapeutic inquiry, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and mindfulness meditation.

Her main interest, for herself and others, is to develop and deepen awareness.
