Beginners’ Yoga Foundation Courses
Yoga is for everyone whether you are young or older, fit or unfit, stiff or flexible.
All the disciplines of yoga are intended to awaken a renewed sense of balance and harmony in the body, mind and soul.
If you are new to yoga or have not studied Iyengar yoga start with a Beginner’s Foundation course to establish a good basic foundation for yoga understanding and development.
We have several different Beginners courses starting regularly for $99 per calendar month.
This offer applies to New students to Yoga West and to your first 2 courses.
As well as your enrolled class you can attend unlimited beginners classes during the course duration for the following classes ONLY:
Monday 6.30-7.30am; Tuesday 4.30-5.30pm
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays 7.35-8.45pm
Fridays 6pm Restorative class
Saturdays 2-3pm; Sundays 4-5pm
Once you have completed a few courses you can then join any of the Level I/II classes. See Timetable

Monday 3 September; 8 October 7.35-8.45pm (evenings)
Tuesday 4 September; 9 October 4.30 – 5.30pm (afternoons)
Saturday 8 September; 13 October 2 – 3pm (afternoons)
Sunday 9 September; 14 October 4 – 5pm (afternoons)
Monday 17 September; 22 October 6.30 – 7.30am (mornings)
Wednesday 26 September; 31 October 7.35 – 8.45pm (evenings)
