Yoga is for everyone whether you are young or older, fit or unfit, stiff or flexible.
All the disciplines of yoga are intended to awaken a renewed sense of balance and harmony in the body, mind and soul.
If you are new to yoga or have not studied Iyengar yoga start with a Beginner’s Foundation course to establish a good basic foundation for yoga understanding and development.
Enrol in any of the classes below, and come to unlimited classes over 5 consecutive weeks. There are 6 classes per week to choose from:
Mondays 6.30-7.30am & 7.35-8.45pm
Cost: $120 Unlimited Beginners classes for 5 weeks.

Beginners Level 1 classes are for those students with some yoga experience or have completed at least 1 Beginners Foundation Course. Students will continue to consolidate the basics and are introduced to newer poses such as inversions and backbends.
These classes are Mondays 6-7.30pm; Wednesdays 7.35-8.45pm and Sundays 8.15-9.45pm
