We offer a range of daily classes that suit yoga students of all abilities, from beginners to experienced.
Our face-to-face classes provide attention and support from our highly qualified teachers.
Our studio is fully equipped with yoga equipment and props, so no need to bring anything. However you are welcome to bring your own mat, if you prefer.

"I've tried yoga very briefly a few times before but this time I have kept up a regular practice. At Yoga West the teachers, who really know their stuff, have encouraged me to progress at my own pace, yet have supported me to redefine my limits.
It has been comforting for me to feel so welcomed and supported to continue with my yoga, by fellow students and all the teachers. For that, I am truly grateful Yoga West."
