StudioGrowth is a software program designed specifically for yoga studios to make is easier for students to pay and book and classes. It has replaced our “Mindbody” software that you may have used in the past.
Why is this change being made?
This change will make it quicker and easier for students and teachers to manage class payments and bookings. Leaving more time for teachers to teach.
What happens to my in-studio card and pre-paid classes?
All pre-paid class credits have been loaded on to your account in StudioGrowth.
How do I create a StudioGrowth account?
Visit the Yoga West website, go to top right hand corner where you will see "My Account" - follow this link and login to StudioGrowth. If you have an active class card and we have an email address for you, we have already set up an account for you in StudioGrowth. Your username is your email address, but the first time you use this system, click on ‘forgot password’ and you will get a “reset the password” email – and away you go!
What is the Migration Pass that I can see in my StudioGrowth account?
This pass contains all of your class credits that have been transferred over from your studio cards. Use this Migration Pass to book yoga classes. Once your Migration Pass is used up, then please purchase a new pass from the passes listed in StudioGrowth.
I think there are pre-paid classes missing from my StudioGrowth account
Please email us the details at yogawestassoc@gmail.com and we will look into it.
Do I have to pay for my class pass using StudioGrowth?
We are certainly hoping that most people will pay for classes using our new online system. It will help our lovely yoga teachers to focus on teaching yoga, rather than yoga class administration.
But don’t worry, if you prefer, you are welcome to pay via cash or credit card in the studio. The teacher will update your account on StudioGrowth, so you will then be able to book into a class.
Do I have to book online, before the class?
We are hoping that as many of you as possible will start to book into a class beforehand. When you book for an online class, you will get a reminder email, and importantly, before the class you will get a zoom link that is unique to that class.
Can I still pay for classes in the studio by cash or credit card?
Yes but we are really hoping that most of you will enjoy using the online payment system.
Will the class Zoom link stay the same as before?
No. If you have booked into a class, the Zoom link will be emailed to you before the class. The Zoom link for that class will also be available from your StudioGrowth account.
How can I cancel a booked class?
You can very simply cancel a booked class via your StudioGrowth account, and you will get your class credit returned.
What else can StudioGrowth do?
StudioGrowth does all sorts of things that the teachers have wished for. Allowing us to get back to what we love – teaching yoga. For example, you will get immediate confirmation that you have paid for a class pass or an event. You will get confirmation that you are booked into a class. If your teacher is sick, can’t find a cover and a class has to be cancelled, you will be notified. You will be warned when your class pass is about to run out or expire. And lots more!
I have a question that is not answered here.
Please email us at yogawestassoc@gmail.com or speak to your teacher.

Your body should feel free while moving, so loose, comfortable clothing such as shorts or leggings and a t-shirt are recommended. Change rooms are available.
Classes are taken barefoot so that you don't slip on the mat.
Mats and all other necessary equipment are provided by the School, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Mats are also available for purchase through the school.
Our instructors are skilled at providing modifications and variations to ensure a safe and beneficial practice for all students. It's important to inform your teacher of any existing conditions before the class begins.
The school stocks a range of books and yoga mats for sale.
